Adhesive Bridges
Sometimes a patient will have an anterior gap and neighbour a dental implant or denture is viable.
An adhesive bridge is a minimally invasive solution which can usefully be provided without local anaesthetic.
It involves minor preparation of the adjacent supporting tooth (abutment) which is used to replace the missing tooth or Pontic.
Here’s an example of a LL2 adhesive bridge using the canine as an abutment, which in turn has enabled us to free this patient from having a denture.
